 QB Data is a paycheck processor and bookkeeping company located in Ventura, California. They now have a completely custom web based submission tool for clients that allows them to manage their whole buisness from anywhere there is a connection to the Internet.

QB Data is a paycheck processor and bookkeeping company. They wanted a way for their clients to enter payroll data online and came to us with to make a custom solution. QB Data can manage all aspects of the client's payroll submissions with this custom web application, and their clients have an online historical record of the data they have submitted at all times. It saves both groups time, and money.

Client Dashboard
After logging in, clients are presented with a dashboard showing any items that need attention as well as a historical list of past payroll submissions. |

Admin Dashboard
Similar to how clients see any new action requiring their attention, so does the staff at QB Data when they login to the back office of the website. Newly submitted payroll documents, or changes to an employee record are highlighted here. |

Data Entry
As clients enter their data, calculations are performed showing the payment totals and hourly totals. |
